No longer car-free, new construction of Wagner-Régeny-Strasse on the former site of the Berlin-Schöneweide railway depot.
If the road is cleared for cars, there are no direct cycle paths, but wide pedestrian / cycle paths.
In the surrounding area, more commercial areas will probably be developed or a part will also be used as a park (track lens).
