The hamlet of Ernsttal was formerly called Neubrunn. The name comes from "New Fountain" which is the same as "new spring". The hamlet of Ernsttal with its 701 hectares is located west of Mörschenhardt in the Gabelbachtal on the Teufelsbach stream coming from Schloßau.Ernsttal "Alte Ortsmitte" is station 10 of the "Cultural-Historical Community Round Mudau"The "cultural-historical community round" is intended to bring you closer to the history and development of the Odenwald community of Mudau with a total of 9 districts.
Incidentally, you will experience the dimension of the large community of Mudau when exploring the 33 stations.
