The Boyneburgk estate near Wichmannshausen, a district of the town of Sontra in the Werra-Meißner district of northern Hesse, is a former knight's manor with a long history. It was first documented in 1460 and has been owned by the von Boyneburg/von Boyneburgk family ever since.
The estate lies at an elevation of 339 meters above sea level in the Wichmannshausen district, west of Boyneburg Castle, at the foot of the wooded Boyneburg mountain (513 meters above sea level), approximately 2 kilometers east-southeast of Wichmannshausen. Boyneburgk Castle is located about 150 meters further south.
