Mountain biking
On the slope of the Amalienberg towards the Murg river, you can see the entrance to a cave in the rock face, which extends deep into the mountain. According to legend, an underground passage is said to emerge here, reaching all the way to the collegiate church in Baden-Baden. It is said that a goose once waddled out of this passage into the meadow, honking "gag-gag", thus giving Gaggenau its name. In reality, this is an old ore mine, closely linked to the beginning of industrialization in Gaggenau.
So I found the story with the goose nicer......:-D
