Built in 1677 this old bridge over the river Irwell is no longer used for traffic. You are allowed to ride over it and it avoids the busy road bridge on the A667. It's grade 2 listed.
Cobbled surface so watch out.

Lovely stone bridge providing views over the River Irwell. Built in 1777, it links Ringley with Stoneclough, also a scenic spot for a pint from The Horseshoe pub.
