At the end of the 19th century, the residential wing of the mill building was expanded and a stucco-adorned brick house was attached to the half-timbered mill building. The youngest building of the watermill ensemble, the brick barn, was built at the beginning of the 20th century. Using old postcards, the year of construction can be narrowed down to approximately 1910.
