The summit can be reached in winter with a beautiful snowshoe tour or if you dare to walk very well on forest roads and meadow paths replaced by snow in winter. Unfortunately there is no management up to the top ... but around the wolfgangssee there are good places to stop for a bite to eat ... half the way there is a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain ranges and the wolfgangsee
