Tips
From the west, a somewhat hidden single trail leads from the parking lot to the small, idyllically situated bridge, which is very important because it is the only way far and wide to get over the Nyministrømmen. As a curiosity, it only has a railing on one side, but that's enough if you're careful.

Between kilometers 3 and 5, the path is a bit adventurous (overgrown, across the reeds). You have to take a closer look where the way is going. But then to run well again.
