"The west cross tower of the small field stone church in Prießen consists of granite blocks and dates from the 13th century. The nave is younger and probably dates from the 14th century. The carved altar from the 15th century, with Mary between St. Nicholas and Vitus, is remarkable and eight saints in the wings. It was restored in 1974/75.
