Chabishaupt Summit

A steep climb leads through the forest to the Chabishaupt, one, a more or less treeless summit in the middle of the forest. Depending on the season, a bank invites you to linger and enjoy the view.

The traily, rooty forest paths around Chabishaupt are really great, exactly my taste. The paths don't give much view, but that doesn't matter, they are really beautiful.
At the point Chabishaupt there is a bench where you can get some sun, you don't really have much view here either, but that doesn't matter, it's a cozy place in the middle of the forest.

For a moment I thought it would be like the Taneggergrat, which is also in the area, but it was only steep on one side. The paths are also narrow, but still no comparison
