The small forest chapel dedicated to Our Lady is a true gem of peace and seclusion. It is located off the beaten track in the middle of a spruce forest and is an oasis of peace. It is always open to the visitor, offers several seats inside and out, and, despite its loneliness, is regularly visited by hikers, as evidenced by the little book of intercession waiting in the chapel for an entry. Even the narrow forest path that leads to the chapel is fantastic, especially when the little church opens in front of the visitor in the forest. Inside, the chapel is painted with pictures of the saints on the walls and ceiling, and a candle is always burning and the statue of Our Lady is decorated with flowers.

The chapel was only built in 2014/15, which may explain why it is not connected to the chapel paths. You could plan a detour from the yellow chapel path from Königsfeld.
Wooden plaques and crosses are attached to the outer wall to commemorate the dead. The entire complex appears to be extremely well maintained. A little further up the path there is a large wayside cross with a stone altar.
