The Fischland Church was inaugurated on September 14, 1873. The first wooden church was built at this location between 1166 and 1190 and in 1385 there were reports of a church being built at this location by the Ribnitz Clarissen Monastery. This church was demolished in 1869 and the current church was built. The climb to the bell tower is worthwhile and the view of Wustrow is a dream.
