Beeston Castle is a former Royal castle in Beeston, Cheshire, England, perched on a rocky sandstone crag 350 feet above the Cheshire Plain. It was built in the 1220s by Ranulf de Blondeville, 6th Earl of Chester, on his return from the Crusades.

English Heritage maintained castle ruins sitting high on top of the hill. Like so much in the area it was destroyed in the Civil War.
