The Bauersee is an inland body of water east of Berlin in the Oder-Spree district, Brandenburg, and is located entirely within the municipality of Woltersdorf.

The Bauersee is located west of the Kalksee and north of the Flakensee. The lake is not used for shipping due to the lack of navigable connections to other bodies of water and its small size. It is a largely stagnant body of water with comparatively poor water quality, so that it is not used as a bathing lake.

The lake is currently almost completely surrounded by private property, and there is public access via an adjacent community property on the southwest corner of the lake.
