Hiking Highlight
The Church of the Assumption of the former Cistercian monastery Fürstenfeld is located in the middle of the monastery district on the edge of today's district town Fürstenfeldbruck in Upper Bavaria. After the secularization, the baroque wall pillar was elevated to become the Royal Landhof Church and has served as a parish church since 1953. The monumental church is considered a major work of baroque sacral architecture and decoration in Bavaria.

Imposing former monastery church, richly designed in baroque style, then royal. Bavarian Landhofkirche, today a side church of the parish church FFB. The high altar, just like the window shuttles, is decorated with gold all around and artistically playful. Insight into the ecclesiastical wealth of those who preached poverty is well worth seeing.
