Why create a must-have in front of a pile of stones?
Quite simply because above the SuperBat (my bike) you can see the composition of the Julius Caesar roadway, and the genius of the road builders of the time.
It had to endure heavy loads, drain the rain to the sides, and be very rolling and comfortable.
Now when you see "this heap of stone", you will be happy to ride on a path two thousand years old !!.

The place is magical. Not only because we had to drive from Paris to Rouen almost entirely following the Chaussée Jules César, but there, at this point, it is the section of the road as it was built more than 2000 ago. years, incredible to already see the ingenuity of those who built it, and who is still there !!.
