The group of sculptures by Cloppenburg artist Peter Lehmann recalls an event from 1929:
A castrated boar - a so-called Eberborg - was seized from a debtor and was sold to cover the tax debts. As a sign of solidarity in times of economic need, a group of farmers kidnapped the boar that had already been sold from the stable of the new owner and brought it back to its previous owner.
