Mountain biking
You have an even better view from the Punta dei Larici summit, which is just a few minutes away. Certainly one of the most spectacular photo spots in the area.

Mountain biking
Coming from Pregasina via the long, steep and somewhat boring climb, it is more of a final destination, as the onward journey towards Tremalzo/Passo Nota is rather difficult. It goes uphill with many steps made of roots and is not rideable. Once and never again. It is better to ride in the opposite direction from Passo Nota.
Update: the (officially closed) descent from Passo Nota and Passo Rocchetta has now been repaired and may also be rideable uphill with some pushing sections.
