Northernmost point of Menorca. The tower stands on a more than 90m high cliff. In strong winds, you should therefore keep some distance to the slope. The path from Camí de Cavalls to the lighthouse is on a paved road that can get busy at times, but it's worth the detour for the view.
Old defenses can be found around the area around the lighthouse.
Contrary to the information in our travel guide (Baedeker, 2014 edition), the site can be entered directly at the lighthouse, there is a kiosk and toilets.

In the vicinity of the lighthouse at Cap de Cavàlleria there are numerous destroyed bunkers that can be explored.
    There is also a cave.

Very nice corner. You can park for free just in front of the lighthouse. Wasn't a problem now in the off-season 😌. There is also a bar where you can have a drink or eat something small. There are also excavations or remains of old walls. The tour was fun 🤩 😎👍

The oldest lighthouse on the island of Menorca, built in 1857, towers above a 90-meter-high cliff. It can be visited during the day or at night and offers breathtaking views over the island.
