Christian 4.’s Sten rummer en særlig historie. På stenen he en inscription with arstallet 1628 and conventions monogram. Det fortælles, at Kirsten Munk, kongens hustru, var blevet træt af ham, og en dag nægtede hun ham adgang til sove-værelset. Christian 4. lagde stenen her som et vemodigt minde om deres controversial

This stone is associated with a special story. On the stone is the monogram of King Christian 4. and the year 1628. It is said that Kirsten Munk, the king's wife, had become sorry for him and therefore refused him access to the bedroom. The king had the stone placed here as a wistful reminder of this controversy.
