Hiking

The station building belonged to the Bottwar-Schozach Valley Railway, which was closed in 1969. On November 25, 1899, the Beilstein-Ilsfeld section of the railway began operations. From December 1, 1900, the railway line was opened for passenger and freight traffic to the southern railway station in Heilbronn.

Hiking

The former station in Ilsfeld was once an important stop on the Bottwartalbahn. The line from Beilstein to Ilsfeld was opened on November 25, 1899, and a year later, on December 1, 1900, the extension to Heilbronn South was put into operation. The station originally served as a through station with a siding and was later supplemented by a second loading track and a siding to the agricultural warehouse.
