The restaurant has created a - really - small sandy beach. I suppose that in the summer you will argue for a place under the only shady tree ... yet it looks very inviting. Unfortunately only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

The standbar offers a pleasant atmosphere, would be great if the operators would decide to weekend, in good weather to offer a breakfast. From Eschauel it is wonderful to cycle around the lake. A detour to the power plant to Heimbach is highly recommended.
