It was built in 1502 by the brothers Bartolomeo and Francesco Buzzatti. Since 1896 it has been the property of the Municipality of Sedico and has been declared a national monument. Internally it presents admirable works of art, among which the altarpiece with a triptych stands out, attributed to Agostino da Lodi, with the paintings of the Madonna and Child, San Nicolò and San Rocco, a wooden altar and the walnut stalls.
