The greatest Belluno example of a noble villa from the early seventeenth century, it was built at the beginning of the seventeenth century by Pietro Fulcis. The family continued to increase its role and assets throughout the following century, as evidenced by the large Maltese crosses freshly painted after 1702, barely visible today, which frame the family coat of arms on the facade.
In the Napoleonic era it hosted General Massena, Viceroy Eugene in 1809 and King Vittorio Emanuele III in 1903. It was seriously damaged during the invasion of 1917/1918.
