Great mountain training with heavy ramps in the north BUT never go in the bathing season in good weather (especially not on the weekend). It's brutally busy and bathers (including small children) cross the bike path to get to the beach, there is often a kiosk, toilet or whatever on the other side and the route is not so clearly visible. And with a 15% incline, blasting down somewhere can turn out really bad.
