Basically, you can cycle on the entire Via Aurellia between Chiavari and Sestri Levante. Beautiful and with little effort, the section between Lavagna and Cavi but good to drive around.
Above is a road with great views along the sea.
Especially with heavy rush hour traffic, this section, which brings about 50 additional meters in altitude, always worth it.
