Before the departure a nice event - our house blackbird has four young and the great around in the garden - it did it - I quickly ran out in the racing bike rift to take this snapshot ... great surprise!Ah and the tour - fine, I didn't get wet and the clouds created a wonderful atmosphere. The wind was my training partner today, it always came from the front - felt ...

An after-work session with two nice ramps and lots of wind - just the thing to do after a busy day.

I actually wanted to continue - down to Lake Starnberg but somehow the motivation didn't want it that way. The inner bastard barked loudly. In addition, I am currently a bit troubled by hay fever. So make a compromise - not to Starnberg but nevertheless over 100 and a few hills. No sooner said than done - in the end it went well, but for a longer distance it would have been a nuisance.

In the beginning the legs were a bit heavy from yesterday but with every kilometer it got easier. In the end there was still a lot of steam in the calves.

Inspired by the Valley Triplet I went to this wonderful region. The motto - ramp-ramp-ramp.The core of the tour was 4x up the Mangfall and then a few ramps that were otherwise in the way.The weather was perfect for it, not too warm and little wind. I left extra early (before 8 am). In the beginning it was a bit fresh for short-short but that was quickly done. The cool breeze on the skin - simply a real treat.I really enjoyed the ramps, I prefer to drive uphill. I am looking forward to going back to the mountains.

The motto of the week is ... Small dirt also makes crap - another hour on the goat is better than not at all.More doesn't stop in time, but it gets better again ...

After the short and somewhat painful tours of the past two days, I used the short break between the downpours for a relaxed lap to loosen my calves.Motto, do not increase your strength on inclines or headwind, but enter a lighter gear.It felt good...

Collecting vertical meters is the motto today. So I took part of the "Hupselrunde" of my racing bike friends and adapted it a little for me.Today everything was really there, some fine ramps, fight against the quite violent west wind but also wonderful pieces with tail wind - and all with wonderful temperatures and really plastic clouds. For a while I thought - well, today I'm getting wet. There were really dark clouds on the way but - luckily - not a drop. And today I had real power in my calves. Right up to the end I got off the saddle with joy and took the easy inclines with the big leaf. Was my day ... today.

About wolfi
