From this beach on the north coast of the westernmost tip of the island of El Hierro (and of all the Canaries) there is a path to the Verodal that was rehabilitated and conditioned by the Cabildo in the 2010s. The name of the beach comes from the pieces of white shells that the sea has deposited over the centuries on its shores.
