It's great that these days you can cycle across the border on the Elbe or Labe cycle paths so relaxed and without any controls.That's what I call true freedom. Hopefully it stays that way forever!

Directly next to the border post, the flood levels of the Elbe are marked on the parallel railway bridge. The flood of 2002 is unimaginable. Can be discovered in one of my photos at the top left of the green bush!
