The Briesetal is with the wide river and the mostly dead trees in the water a small natural spectacle and definitely worth seeing. Depending on the weather, the trails may be muddy in places. The nature trail is a bit sparse with stations sewn, these are not in very good condition.

The Briesetal nature trail starts at the forest school in Briese and leads along both banks of the small river through the forest. After a few minutes' walk you have the feeling of being very far away from the big city. With a bit of luck, rare plants and animals can be discovered in the swamp landscape.
