They do a nice afternoon tea. You can also walk a short distance to Oxleas Meadow, which has a great little cafe with superb views. Section 5 of the Green Chain Walk, and the first section of the Capital Ring both pass Severndroog Castle.
There are binoculars available on the viewing platform, and you might be lucky enough to find a knowledgable guide up there.
