Hiking
Épernay is located in a wine-growing region and is one of the main centers of champagne production. For this reason, the Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne is also located here. The tunnels carved into the limestone cliffs, which serve as wine cellars for the large trading houses in Champagne, are worth seeing. The well-known Moët & Chandon house alone owns around 110 km of these tunnels.
