The five sculptural portraits in acrylic resin and white marble powder, the work of Alberto Garutti, are lined up along the waters of one of the branches of the Livenza Morta, on the western border of the Ca 'Corniani estate, at the end of Strada Tezzon. Conceived on five large bases of the same identical material as the sculptural bodies, the works shine in the sunlight to form an enfilade of figures along the cycle path. They are the exact portraits of the horses and dogs owned by a farmer who lives and works on that same farm today. Cold and almost classic, the animals observe the countryside, echoing, in their arrangement, the traditional alignments of sixteenth-century Venetian villas. These animal figures, silent guardians of the agricultural beauty that surrounds them, are another monument to the present of Ca 'Corniani as well as an icon and manifesto of an approach, an attitude to look at cultivated nature as an aesthetic and cultural resource. Agriculture is a garden of beauty, the animals that live there are its keepers and inhabitants. A classic and ambiguously unsettling vision along the meadows and water lines of the area.

Recently the road on the embankment that runs along the Brian canal has also been made cycle. Unfortunately Komoot does not give me the possibility to add this segment because it already sees this existing one and it just gives me the possibility to add information to it. The cycle path will take you to the point "Chiesa della Resurezione di Ca'Cotoni" passing through the point "Fixed machine: Ca 'Corniani water pump". All absolutely cycle path. I have added some photos of the route.

Well maintained cycle path that leads from Brian to Salute di Livenza.
