The Hohfelsen is an exposed rock massif with a summit cross. The "climb" - which is only a few meters in altitude - of the rock massif, which is secured with a railing, is rewarded with a wonderful view of the Grimmerswälder valley and the surrounding Black Forest mountains. The summit cross was erected by the Seebach Kolping Society for the many war dead, but also for the soldiers from the home community of Seebach who often returned home from long periods of imprisonment.
