Hiking

The trail has a length of 3.7 kilometers and leads you from the Criewener bridge to the Niedersaathener inlet structure. The path crosses the floodplain and can only be done in the summer months. To discover are reeds and grasslands with unique flora and fauna, as you can only be found in the floodplain.

Hiking

Views are beautiful and there’s plenty of wildlife. Feels like a remote world. Be aware that between November and April pathways can be flooded and become difficult to access as these are floodplains that help balance out Oder river’s water levels.
