... otherwise just push or like a group I saw, leave the bikes at the Schönverwallhütte or at the bridge in front of the serpentines and hike the rest to the Heilbronner Hütte.

The new trail is well laid out and can be partially driven downhill (be careful of large stone slabs) S2 with S3 places.
Uphill in the switchbacks make sense to push.
I saw eBikers riding (watch out for danger of falling uphill!) And also push ... #pain
This ascent seems to be more suitable for eBikes only if inevitable.
Instead, the Heilbronner Hütte can be reached by eBike from the Montafon via the Ganifer Valley and Verbellaalpe.
