The alpine mountain trail leads past the beautiful Laj da Diavolezza up to the Berghaus Diavolezza. The path is demanding but well developed. Surefootedness is necessary. Snowfields may still have to be crossed.

The Berghaus Diavolezza in the Bernina group is located southeast of Pontresina in the heart of the so-called ballroom of the Alps. From the terrace of the hut you can see the entire glaciated mountain range from Piz Palü via Piz Bernina to Piz Morteratsch. The hut itself can be reached comfortably and without sweat by the cable car. It is of course much nicer to climb from the valley station of the cable car over the beautifully situated mountain lake Lej da Diavolezza and honestly earn a snack at the hut. The ascent from the valley station via Lej da Diavolezza takes about 2 ¾ hours. A total of 900 meters in altitude are overcome.

Possibly. with crossings of steep snow fields. Difficult terrain but very easy to walk for trained hikers.
