One museum follows another, and you can spend days here.

On the southern bank of the Main (Schaumainkai) there are a number of Frankfurt museums for all tastes, be it art in the Städelmuseum, in the Giersch Museum at Goethe University, in the Liebieghaus Sculpture Collection, in the Museum of Applied Arts, Technology in the Architecture Museum or the Postal Museum (officially the Museum for Communication ) or even entertainment in the film museum. So there's something for everyone.
But you can also simply walk along the Main, where many events take place in the nice half of the year, such as the Museumsuferfest every year on the last weekend in August.

I can only recommend strolling along the banks of the Main. It doesn't matter which side. Both have their charm.
