In 1987 we, Arnold and Erika Kreke, bought and renovated the former Heuerhaus. In the course of the following years, stables with a cheese dairy were added.
We have been milking the sheep since 1993 and processing the milk into cheese, quark and yoghurt.
In order to be protected from feed scandals, we produce the feed (hay, grass silage and grain) ourselves.
The grain is stored on our farm and fed freshly squeezed every day.
