The ball track was extended in 2019 in the upper part. The ball track now also has a jump on which you can tell whose ball is flying the farthest.

Have a ball! in the forest. The wooden ball for the ball track is available from the machine on site - and off you go! The 300 m long ball track winds and meanders downhill towards the city center through the beautiful Taubental valley. On its way, the ball not only leads you down into the valley, but also through the forestry work steps in the production of a wooden product: It starts with the germination of a tree. Next - just like a forester does - the most beautiful trees must be selected. At the next station, the ball track only moves forward again once a tree has been felled. Has anyone already activated the forestry tractor and sent the truck on its way to the sawmill? Good, then it's time to saw up the trunk together. At the end of the forest ball track, there is still a decision to be made: What will become of the tree? A rocking horse, a new roof over your head, or will it end up as firewood in the stove? No matter the choice - the wooden path is always the right one. Source: regioerlebnis.de/freizeit/ostalbkreis/erlebniswaldpfad-naturatum-schwaebisch-gmuend-4dee4197657359a06e0000ff/information
