The control room is on the highest point of the eastern Leithagebirge. It towers above the surrounding trees and offers a 360 ° panoramic view of the Vienna Basin with the adjoining mountains and the northern end of Lake Neusiedl.
The top of the tower is designed as a pavilion with glass windows. So the view can be enjoyed in any weather. When the weather is bad, you can look forward to the shelter at the base of the tower.

📷 April 13th, 2019 - The Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Warte, also known as the Kaisereiche, in the Leithagebirge in the municipality of Hof am Leithaberge, next to the border with Burgenland, is a lookout tower. In good weather conditions you can see Lake Neusiedl and Baden. Downstairs you can comfortably take a break at the tables, eat the food you have brought with you and let your mind wander. 😊👍👍
