Mountain biking
Beautiful hilly mountain bike tour around and through the Süstedter wood, with a single trail descent through the forest, Grasweg passages at the edge of the forest and a nice climb back to the starting point. The round can of course also be reversed or varied by existing crossways. Driving several laps on speed = ideal interval training. Length of the round about 2.2 km / 8 minutes. Video link follows.
