Tips
The railway tunnel of the former Ludwig-Süd-Nord-Bahn is now used as a connection for pedestrians and cyclists.
The railway line was opened in 1849 and abandoned in 1877.translated by

The former railway line is now a great bike and hiking trail. Nice idea to incorporate everything into the cityscape

The old gate is no longer there (March 2025), and part of the tunnel was already renovated last year. Barriers are still in place, but you can of course walk through the tunnel.
