The trowel is one of four impressive walk-in installations on the Schluchtenweg in the upper Martelltall, with which one can experience the Plima gorge up close

The Plima gorge is terrific and the various lookout chapels and the suspension bridge provide impressive views of the gorge.

The track is beautiful, fantastic views, the top views. The nature - fantastically beautiful (especially in autumn)

The Plimabach, an approx. 28 km long tributary on the upper course of the Adige, has cut deep into the rock here for millennia and created an impressive gorge. Four structures made of weatherproof Corten steel, trowel, sickle, pulpit and suspension bridge bring the gorge closer to the visitor. A fascinating natural spectacle with spray to touch!

Ingenious gorge. Here nature is still "wild". Viewpoints are suitable for taking photos.

For me one of the most beautiful and varied hiking trails that I got to know in Südtriol. The view of the glaciers and waterfalls from the Zufallhütte is breathtaking. The bridge over the Plimabach a very interesting and attractive construction.

A beautiful circular route with first-class viewpoints and a suspension bridge enables a relatively safe tour of the impressive gorge.

Here you can really still say the "wild" nature. A wonderful sight.

As it can get quite crowded during the holiday season and when the weather is nice and when you walk on the viewing platforms, a visit on Mondays or in the afternoon is recommended.
