Sign says Plainville Lane is dead end / no-through road. But ignore this. It's a road that leads almost straight to Huby. Pot holed in places. Very little traffic. Quiet. Seen deer, buzzards etc.

Don't be fooled by sign saying dead end. This lane connects Moorlands Nature Reserve with Huby. I think half way up it becomes private road; hence the surface does get bumpy. But you can use this quiet route through nice farmland and with very little traffic.

Couple of hundred yards where the surface is a bit rough at the Huby end but the rest is excellent. Sutton/Wiggington Road is horrible in comparison.
