Beautiful windmill above Hille. At the windmill there are demonstration areas and information boards about the different types of grain that are grown. If the visibility is good, you can see the Kaiser Wilhelm monument and the transmission tower at Porta Westfalica.

The windmill Hille "Auf der Höchte" (mill route no. 20), also called Brinkmanns Mühle, is, as the name suggests, on the highest elevation (67 m above sea level) in the village of Hille. Originally built in 1733 as a king's mill, it is an earthen Dutchman whose bulbous-conical mill tower is made of slate rubble in the lower third and also field burnt stone and is now plastered on the weather side. After several storm damages, the mill operation was largely stopped in 1953 and finally stopped in 1956. After a complete restoration in 1999, the mill now presents itself in its old splendor again with wind-capable "right-turning" sail wings and a compass rose with an additional "pull wheel".
