A spectacular and narrow path through the rocks. When wet, the foliage is very slippery. A place that is not to be despised is somewhat softened by a rope.
But there is also a way above the rocks if you do not want to go through the rocks.

A highlight in the Palatinate, from the rope-secured climbing site to the tunnel passage, is almost alpine feeling. Not recommended in wet weather, only with good footwear!

    Small but fine gorge.
In front of the gorge, a small path goes up to the passage rocks

Beautiful, wild and romantic path, but not signposted at all.
A small, narrow tunnel and a demanding steep section are the highlights of this absolute insider tip!
Important: Don't overlook the small crib at the tunnel entrance!
But be careful in autumn you have to wear very good shoes and, if you like, sticks too.

Great way through the gorge. Is also something for bigger children.

The Falkensteiner Valley near Imsbach really offers a magnificent landscape that we would not have expected in this area. The hiking trail leads past vertical rock faces, partly under mighty overhangs. In some places tunnels have even been cut into the rock to continue the trail.
Good walking shoes and surefootedness are a must!

An exciting little climb through the rock - great short section. If only it weren't for the noisy road in the valley. Still worth a visit!

A great path through the gorge that has to be seen, even if we couldn't find any signs. A small part of the way up is secured with ropes, which I actually needed to hold on to, otherwise I wouldn't have got up there

There are three to four parallel paths along the gorge - at the bottom: leisurely - at the top: great views - in between: challenging rocky paths and wonderful impressions on the paths that nestle against the rocks or tunnel through them
