The dream trail "Bergheidenweg" lives up to its name: The route leads through vast heathlands into the Heidbüchel nature reserve, where, at the highest point, an impressive view of the landscape opens up. The trail continues along the Nette River before entering the wildly romantic Selbachtal valley with its striking rock formations. A quiet forest passage and the transition to open fields provide a variety of impressions, until another spectacular view into the distance awaits at a mountain hut. Shortly before the end of the hike, you circle the Raßberg mountain – another scenic highlight.
