Mountain biking
The steep southern section from the trail center starting area down to the Kasgraben is officially "Uphill only". Nice, tough fitness test!
[Komoot brought together several very different highlights here at the end of 2020, now the comments sound extremely confused. And nobody drives the flat half above, it is usually soggy or is used for forest work anyway.]

The Mostalm Uphill Trail climbs steadily through the Vienna Woods to the Mostalm alpine pasture – with sections of forest road, rooty passages, and a few challenging ramps. It's ideal for racking up elevation gain and honing your uphill fitness and riding technique. At the top, the Mostalm awaits as a welcoming spot to catch your breath before the descent.
