The driveway to the Belchen is top notch, the last almost 300 meters in altitude are completely car-free, as the old road is now closed to general vehicle traffic.
At the Belchenhaus itself, you can enjoy the magnificent view, have a cool drink or an invigorating snack and, with a little luck and a good view, let your gaze wander from the Zugspitze to Mont Blanc.
